Dr. William Langston - "Update on Parkinson's Disease Research"

Dr. Langston is the founder, CEO, and Scientific Director of the Parkinson's Institute. Dr. Langston gained national and international recognition in 1982 for the discovery of the link between a "synthetic heroin" and parkinsonism. This substance, known as MPTP, is selectively toxic to the same nerve cells in the brain, which die in Parkinson's disease.

Dr. Laura Mischley - "Beyond Prescriptions and Surgery: What Role Does Alternative Medicine Play"

Dr. Laurie Mischley is a physician at Seattle Integrative Medicine, where her practice is devoted to individuals with neurological conditions. She is author of the book Natural Therapies for Parkinson's Disease. She graduated from Bastyr University in 2001 with a Doctorate of Naturopathy. She conducts research on CAM therapies for Parkinson's Disease and is currently a student of epidemiology at the University of Washington, where she is earning a MPH degre

Dr. Susie Ro - "Sleep Disorders in Parkinson's Disease"

Dr. Ro is a board-certified neurologist and medical director of the movement disorders program at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute. She is also board-certified in clinical neurophysiology. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. One of her areas of expertise is Botox injection therapy for movement disorders, specifically dystonia, hemifacial spasm, spasticity and sialorrhea. She also specializes in electromyography and neuromuscular disease, and is certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicin
