Welcome to Team Parkinson's!

 “Join the Challenge for Hope”

Our goal at the NWPF is to promote optimal quality of life to everyone in the Parkinson’s community. Each year we encourage Parkinson’s patients, family members, caregivers and friends to make their own journey toward hope and wellness by becoming a member of Team Parkinson’s.

Team Parkinson's is a made up of athletes and enthusiasts who have been touched by Parkinson’s in some way. Team members participate in local events, personal fitness challenges, or any measurable activity that can be used to help raise funds and awareness for the Parkinson's community and the Northwest Parkinson's Foundation.

All the science and literature about managing life with Parkinson's points to the benefit and neuroprotection provided by consistent exercise. Let that inspire you to join us in making a difference for those touched by Parkinson's.
