Post-Op confusion

When you come out of surgery you’re going to be very confused due to the swelling of the brain. I know one lady that was actually was speaking Italian when she rolled out of surgery (She left Italy when she was 14….) She doesn’t remember this at all. I mention this so your loved ones don’t think you’ve had some kind of permanent brain damage. It’s temporary and you become more of your old self once the swelling starts to reduce (see "ice bag").
