Drooling & waking up during the night

My husband has had PD for 8 years, since dropping the YMCA when it became hard to drive to at night he began using a treadmill for over a year almost everyday with his favorite music playing and lifting 8 lb weights. We have been eating lots of antioxidants many spices like turmuric, curry, oregano, etc, cinnnamon, ginger. Lots of mushrooms, onions, garlic. I also give him a 5 to 15 minute massage each day. Drooling has definately slowed down. We also use a blue light on dreary mornings during breakfast and I always make sure all the lights in the halls and bedroom are turned on in the morning after we wake up. I open the blinds all throughout the condo and turn on lights to the brightest in whatever rooms we are in. We both are sleeping better at night.
