Creativity

We are creative beings. Paying attention to and nurturing our creative side is so important to our emotional health, cognitive health and general wellbeing.  Enriching our life with creative thoughts and actions may help Parkinson's in many ways. 
 
 
Creativity keeps exercise and activities fun, and keeps us motivated.  Your emotional healthy and ability to adapt to changes in life will improve as you find new ways to express oneself and emotions through thoughts, words, ideas and motion.  There are many ways to tap into your creative side- through art, poetry, dance, gardening, cooking.  Share how creativity has worked for you by sharing your motivational tip or inspirational story.
