Yogurt walnuts and mint

Ingredients:
2 cups plain greek style yogurt
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbs raisons or berries
fresh mint
1-2 tsp. honey to taste

Directions:
Top yogurt with raisons and walnuts. Drizzle with honey and top with mint


Nutritional Information:
Lowfat yogurt is a healthy source of calcium and protein. Walnuts add healthy omega 3s. raisons add antioxidants, fiber, magnesium and potassium. Mint can calm nausea and aid digestion. Honey is touted to improve immune system.
