Cranberry Fruit Smoothie
Time to prepare:
1 cup cranberries
2/3 cup cran-raspberry juice 1 cup raspberries
8 oz of yogurt, preferabbly Raspberry
1 1/2 cups of ice
Optional: 1/4 cup cranberry with additional honey to sweeten
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend and enjoy on the go
Berries are high in antioxidants. Cranberries are shown to reduce recurrence of bladder infection in women.
Use nonfat yogurt to limit saturated fat.
